If there is availability in your state, you have successfully passed the certification exam and have paid your designation dues, you will receive a license to:

• Use the trademarked designation seal (you can see example on the “right side” of this webpage, but use of this image is strictly enforced by law to uphold the integrity of its meaning)

Using the trademarked term Advanced Home Marketing Specialist^® is NOT another acronym that homeowners don’t understand. It instantly communicates your unique ability to help them sell their home faster and for the most money possible.

Only 1 out of 100 (1%) active designation-holders in the United State and Canada have a license to use this term and designation seal in their personal promotional materials, including on the following:

– Your website
– Your email signature
– Your business cards
– Anywhere you promote your real estate services
